I am trying to use a workflow to email sales orders on schedule, but using a specific custom form, not the default saved custom form. I set a scheduled workflow to change the custom form field on then move to sending the email, but the log just tells me: SETFIELDVALUE [Warning: Value was not set successfully.]
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

You might have to check the store form with record box on your form
There is also a way better option. This company makes a workflow bundle that will create a PDF of your record using ANY template instead of just the current form. Then you can use it in an email action. It works awesome

Did you try checking the Store Form with Record box on your Custom Transaction form?
