can I add a field just for Sales order when I create custom record type please? set list/record as sales order only, not all transactions

You can filter the sales order from Sourcing And Filtering tab. Use "Type" is Sales Order.

Yes as nicksuite said add a list/record field type =transaction Then under sourcing and filtering add a filter of type = sales order
