Is netsuite is blocking response ip from magento because it will be StackPath ip not magento?

@Php I don't beleieve NS will ever natively block reading or accepting requests from any IP. However, your integration may have had such rules built into it, and it is also possible to build in IP restriction rules in NS Roles, so that may have been done as well.
