06/14/2019, 1:10 PMIs anyone aware of any change that updates the shipping cost on a sales order when this is approved?? We have a process where we set it to zero, but recently it's been reverting to the original cost.

06/14/2019, 1:17 PMThe only workaround I'm aware of is editing the record after it's been saved and changing the tax back unfortunately. It's a change netsuite have put in lately and it's been frustrating to deal with.

06/14/2019, 1:18 PMseems like changing the address causes the tax nexus to recalculate but it must happen after the order is saved.

.just got an update that actually my defect is expected behavior, due to another defect 511881 which was fixed on june 12th. They said "If you do not want to change the shipping cost, kindly update "shippingcostoverridden" flag to "T".
