I know they probably have metrics where they're only supposed to spend a certain amount of time on each case, but it's still definitely frustrating when they're obviously not reading your case and/or your replies, stalling (with a dumb answer so the ball goes back in your court), or both. I have way more respect for the ones that just admit they don't know and say they'll get back to you versus spamming you with obviously wrong answers.
