if you re using handhelds the pick tasks update upon submission of the completed pick. typically pick tasks will get 'stuck' in queue or open status because pickers are not in the habit of submitting every order they open prior to letting their HHD timeout. there is a native pick task status sublist you can use to monitor progress during the day. it will be under the Custom subtab typically or you may have to edit the item record form and select the show check box.
