When I didn't select option on PDP and click Add to cart button it adds all possible options to cart. How could I stop this? ie, If I have 5 color options for the product and I set quantity as 2, then 10 products with different color options are added to cart

That should be impossible as we use validation to ensure that mandatory item options are selected before adding to cart
Do you have a URL I can visit?

Have you modified how the add to cart works?
I can see you have an extension called Tavanoteam.AddToCart.AddToCart

Sounds like they haven't written it properly

In your local development environment you should do a fetch and download all of the extensions
There you will see the source and can make changes
