Our company facilities the processing of warranty/repair claims for suppliers, we are not sure if using the Warranty and Repair Management feature in NetSuite would be a good fit. Does anyone have experience with this feature that could advise?

I would also take a look at Serrera. THey have a warranty and repairs module for NetSuite

@David Durst is that part of the Fixed Asset module? I would say if you're already planning on using the FAM then it's a good way to get value out of the system. You can build reports to manage your scheduling /latest updates etc at an asset level out of NS that way
