We recently had a number of customer default billing addresses get changed through a variety of ways (some of which are a mystery). Anyone have a saved search to monitor for changes to default billing addresses? I've tried a couple ways but running into limitations. Currently messing with a System Note search, but I'm not able to search on the Billing Address flag.

Do a saved search on the customer record and display billing address info in the results. In the Email tab, check

SEND EMAIL ALERTS WHEN RECORDS ARE CREATED/UPDATED

, then in the Updated Fields sub-tab, specify billing info fields that you want updates for. Add recipients and save. You can use your email filters to automatically delete any emails about “Create” so that you only see what’s getting updated.

Any idea if that will pick up "Unset"? I think we might have an issue where sales orders are being billed with an incomplete address and somehow it is unsetting the address.

It picks up “unset” for the fields that we are using it for 🙂
