@oceancloud No, that is essentially the purpose of not approving SOs. If you want to allocate stock but still have an authorization step, you can consider creating a custom approval process.

You could look at creating the sales order as "Pending Fulfillment" and put a script in place with a custom field or check box to hold that order from hitting your fulfillment stream until someone has gone in and cleared the check box or modified it so it can be fulfilled. I would warn that this can create a very messy inventory reconciliation process though as you'll now have orders sitting on inventory that may not be reflected properly if you're working with a separate system with it's own inventory levels (i.e. another 3PL or WMS system).

the issue here @Olivier Gagnon (DXC) and @Joe L. is using NetSuite's WMS, it shows orders that are pending fulfillment
