Is it possible to add/remove some of these menu actions using SuiteScript? Can an option be added to the menu and used to trigger a function on a script? Thanks.

@Mr_Tib in right part of your record has a link called customize, you can use this link to customize the form users use to entry data on NetSuite, If i'm nos mistaken you can add/remove thias action on the form customization page
