Has anyone ever run into a situation where you can't click the 'Custom' value under Price Level when creating/editing an Opportunity? I see 'Base Price' and 'Custom' but clicking the latter doesn't do anything. It resets itself back to 'Base Price' and doesn't let me edit the rate/price. If I completely delete the base price on the item itself the field works again. Is there any way to resolve the above without using an alternative pricing level to do a percentage markup/down?
