how should i validate if i will be affected by the change to HMAC-SHA1 in TBA Integrations

Go to Setup : Company : Enable Features. Then on the SuiteCloud tab, scroll down to the Manage Authentication section. There's a checkbox for Disable HMAC-SHA1 for Token-based Authentication that you can toggle on and off.
