It would be nice if you at least could have an option when you order the refresh of keeping the scripts as scheduled.

Not that this should be something you have to do but create an object in a suitelet to set as deployed those scripts and run it when in sandbox after refresh.

If they have changed from "Scheduled" to "Not Scheduled", you would then need to maintain a list of the script deployments that you want to be scheduled or copy a list of id's from prod. 🤔 But better then editing them manually one by one.

Still an extra step needed when refreshing, besides regenerating tokens and distributing to external systems.

no, the deployment is copied over, but the status is set to "Not Scheduled"
