I have created a workflow to set a custom check box to true on the invoice once the email is sent, as had to update some previous invoices,but it is not working as expected- I added a saved search with the list of invoices with emails sent and a set field value action to set the check box to true. Any ideas why its not checking the box? Never Mind got it figured out and its working.
