Hi group, anyone with experience setting up Support? We currently handle support via an outlook inbox but would like it to sync with support cases in NS. Any general pointers here?

CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite supports shared mailboxes. Users can attach inbound emails to existing support cases (as well as other record types) and even set the follow up threads to sync automatically without any additional effort.
