Honestly you just have to work with them. People are people and they can be hit or miss, even within a specific company. I've worked with plenty of partners where one member of the team was amazing and another was a total dud. I'm assuming good intentions here, but if this is your way of trying to understand where to spend your marketing dollars or trying to drum up business, please do it in #C29J6STC6 or somewhere else and help keep this channel free of marketing clutter.
