Hi Folks!! have anyone used Netlease suiteapp by Netgain? Just trying to find the differences between this and the FAM module's new lease accounting feature pushed during 2019.1 release?

@Sam-I-Am - NetGain’s app has a lot of additional automation with regards to generating the future depreciation schedule automatically, regenerating the schedule, setting up special non-scheduled payments etc. They have very closely aligned it with the new leasing standards.
