Does anyone know of a way to add a note to a customer profile that will appear on any sales order generated for them? Specifically one customer is requesting a pdf of invoices be emailed (as opposed to the invoice in the email body that netsuite auto sends)

I wanted the same thing, but didn't exist. We ended up making different invoice templates per customer and assigning the template to the customer in a custom field.
