Does anyone have any recommendations for recurring billing options that aren't the NetSuite bundle? I have a client who needs recurring billings that continue beyond the initial term (e.g. 12 month contract that continues to bill after the 12 months until a new contract term is set - month to month) but the NetSuite bundle is too cost prohibitive for them.

I would make a strong recommendation against the NetSuite Recurring Billing bundle, even if the cost was lower. We have had years of struggle and headaches as a result of using it. Support on NS RB has been poor, and the bundle is essentially deprecated now in favor of SuiteBilling Last release they broke our ability to run billing, and had to revert all of their changes. We have considered Zone & Co.'s Zone Advanced Billing bundle, and the demo for it looks very promising. I didn't know about 360 Subscription Billing but will need to look into that now as well. What kind of subscription billing do you want to do? Knowing your billing scenarios, and asking making sure whatever you purchase supports those and makes ongoing management and changes to subscriptions easy is the most important thing.
