Anyone have any opinions on/recent experiences with ACS (Advanced Customer Support)? Trying to weigh signing up currently. Can't see any value at all in the two lower tiers, but $40k+ for the Optimize plan seems like a lot of $ for some pretty vague SLA/outcome commitments....
