Per the SOW: From now through the end of June will conduct an assessment to learn about Test Gauge Inc., how you are using NetSuite and how to improve things. You will also learn about us and our NetSuite skills. The output of this phase will be a suggested approach for working together going forward as well as a listing of scripts, workflows and other changes needed. We have reserved the date of June 11th to be at your main offices in East Dundee. We expect to be there by 10:30 AM. The purpose of the meeting is to learn about your business, its processes, vision, goals and the setup of NetSuite. If necessary, we can be there the morning of the June 12th as well. From the date you approve this SOW you will able to ask us NetSuite related questions and we will support you during business hours. This phase does not cover the creation or support of SuiteScripts or SuiteFlows. This assessment phase will be started upon your acceptance of this SOW. The fees for this phase are fixed at $3,500 and are due upon acceptance. In addition, no expenses will be submitted. We are excited to get started.
