One of my users with a custom role is running a saved search that is returning 266 results, however, when he tries to export to excel, the file is blank (as in 0 results + the header row). My administrator role shows no issues when running the export and all 266 results show up in the excel file. I can't pinpoint any obvious permissions issues in his role that would be causing this. Any thoughts? He's able to successfully export other saved searches without any issues.
