@Zack Here is our drop ship PO process . . . our Franchise starts out with a SO to their customer. Then creates a drop ship PO to us. We create a SO. When we drop ship the order direct to their customer, the ability to return is not there. I reached out to NS and was just told its not possible. Hoping for a work around.
