Has anyone developed Financial Institution script to connect with banks for Bank feeds?

There are some we know of but most required a decent amount of fees from banks

Chase and JP Morgan have these tools but they run around $2k-$5k per month

IMHO I think something better and less costly could be done using imports and exports of CSVs
