Does anyone have reccomendations on a bundle/add-on to help with team communication/notes/messaging. Right now we have a difficult time getting the ‘full picture’ of communication that happens along the sales process (from opportunity -> project -> invoice, etc). We use the ‘user notes’ function but it leaves the notes spread out across all of the different record types, so getting a wholistic view of the communication is difficult for our team. Additionally I’ve had many users request the ability to ‘tag’ other users in the communication (something like a twitter mention). Not sure if anything like this exists already or if it’s something we will have to build out ourselves.
