Does anyone have NetSuite Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)? Is it as good as the salesman makse it seem?

we use it and have had a pretty terrible experience with it. the implementation team was not good and we're now trying to clean up the disaster they created for us.

@Jenny What kind of issues did you have specifically? Did you have a lot of custom things to implement?

too many issues to list. our requirements didn't seem unique, but basically everything turned in to them doing something custom for us. the lack of complete integration with netsuite also resulted in a lot of manual processes as well. it's not the simple and great tool we were sold.

Did that drive up the cost?

not sure, but timeline definitely changed. they said ~4 month implementation. we're now on something like month 15 and still dealing with major issues.

wow thats insane. Are you guys still trying to implement the software? did you look at any other options for this type of software

i'd be curious if anyone has had a good experience with PBCS.

Same with my company. I was going to look into Adaptive Insights as well but like that this directly integrates

i think we looked at adaptive, but i am not 100% sure.

@Jenny do you know what version of PBCS you are on? Starter, Core, or Custom? We are currently looking at implementing, but are also looking at Adaptive Insights and Solution7.

@Lisa not sure what version we have and didn't know there were different ones even.
