We had a Solupay credit card terminal that was replaced with a Moneris terminal (Canada).

With the Solupay terminal, the AR clerk used to go to the “create customer deposit page” and select `Poynt-02` as the payment method. Then the terminal prompted the customer to insert the credit card to complete the payment with the PIN number.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to configure the Moneris terminal to do the same thing? I’ve contact Moneris and they were not helpful.

I am not familiar with Moneris but unless they have a full integration with NetSuite, the terminal will not work.

Solupay has their own custom terminal integration.  NetSuite does not unless you use their SuiteCommerce point of sale solution.
