Anyone have a rough idea how much an upgrade to Premium support is? We're pre-go live, but I think it'll be important to get that in place especially as our implementation partner will likely bill for looking into issues out of scope.

It’s a % of your overall license spend and depends on how big you are. I would expect at least 15%. Also consider ACS (advanced customer service). You can get a bucket of hours and you get a dedicated team. Maybe just for 6 months or the rest of your contract this year.

I'd also trust a partner way more than netsuite support if its something a partner can do

@creece I agree, as a former end user turned partner. Dealing with NS support has always been a headache.

@Marissa Nolan-Layman yep but there's some things only netsuite can help with either way if its some kind of defect or internal issue. But if its just scripting or general setup, partner is the way to go IMO.

@creece Agreed 100%, which is partially why I went to partner route instead of staying with one company as an admin. But I might also be biased 😉
