Hi all, vendors are not syncing with Bill.com. When I click the view in bill.com button on the vendor record, it takes us to bill.com, but it shows offline. What does it mean? Please tell me where I can check if there are any syncing issues.

You likely need to raise a ticket with Bill.com, but within NetSuite you can look on the 'SOAP Web Services Usage Log' screen and view in any integration logs are being created, would at least let you know if the integration is active/errors are being returned
