When I run a saved search on System Note with no filters all the results have "Set By" as me - I don't see system notes for other users. This seems strange because when I look at the System Notes sublist on records I see system notes for all users. What permission do I need to search system notes for all users? I am not the Administrator role but I do have the Lists > Notes Tab permission at level Full.
