We're a NFP that's up for renewal and our support rep is telling us that b/c of our user count (which hasn't changed since we started with NetSuite) we need to upgrade tiers from Shared Tier to Tier 3, and that just being Tier 3 is going to cost us another 30k/year. Anyone else experience this recently, or have any advice on how to argue successfully against this? That number would represent about 1/3 of our total licensing cost, so it seems a little steep, IMO.
