Yet another Avalara question- Trying to get the connector for oneworld to work for international transactions. AVATAX-US is the default tax code. AVATAX-DE is a separate tax code I made for DE. Sent a sales order with ship to DE- 1. if AVATAX-US is set on the customer record I get a

Transaction was not in balance

error 2. if AVATAX-DE is set on the customer record I get

This Document has not used AvaTax Services. Taxcode is not set to AVATAX or the Tax rates are not equal to zero for all the line items.

Yes, I was able to upgrade my avalara oneworld bundle from 7.3 to 7.5 and it seems to have resolved the issue
