@Ross We use Concur, but we do not use the invoice processing. Jordan is correct that Expensify does not offer everything Concur does, namely the integrated travel booking. I will also say that I think Concur is pretty easy to use, but my users do not. 😞 There is a lot to set up initially, but once it's set up, maintenance is pretty limited. We have the connection to NetSuite and I will say that can be a bit hit or miss... We just found today 4 batches of expense reports that didn't get imported to NetSuite, and you don't get notified when full batches of reports don't make it in.

Hi Dashona, Why don't you use the invoice processing feature? Do you think it wont save you much time compared to entering manually or does it not work well if you use Purchase Orders?

I don't think we ever even looked at using it.
