Hi, I am having an issue when I upload my Journal Entry CSV with the Subsidiary field. I looked up the internal ID of the sub and changed the field to internalID in the import assistant however I still get an error during upload. Also, if enter the sub name per row in my CSV and then choose Names in the import assistant, I get an error, "Invalid subsidiary reference key" Has anyone ever run into this issue, and found a solution?

Do you get that same error while using the Internal ID? That error usually means the system can't "see" what you're trying to reference, meaning the sub is inactive or the role you're using doesn't have access to it. Or that comes up if your reference key doesn't exist. I'd recommend just trying to enter two lines of the JE via the UI and see if you can select the sub. If you can, then it's some CSV error. If you can't, then maybe someone inactivated the sub.

The error is trying to tell you that the account with internal id 1328 is an invalid account selection when the subsidiary is set to the subsidiary with internal id 5
