@KevinJ of Kansas Yup, correct. I mean, I don't find the functionality of that feature (or maybe haven't found/needed yet). Because if I was to convert a "Sales Channel" into one of those, I need to delete all the data in "Department" and/or "Location" first. And honestly, I prefer to create the "Department" or "Location" instead. 🤔
