First image, shows saved search criteria excludes transactions already on the form we want. Second image shows workflow log correctly trigger on entry and sets the customform field to the IID of the custom form we want it to be. But after the workflow completes the transaction is still in the saved search saying that it doesn't have the form we want. I've checked other WF's to make sure they aren't reverting the form. This appears to have stopped working around October 2022. I've tried changing the condition on the WF action from the saved search to a hard coded condition and no condition, I think screen shot 2 shows that isn't the issue at all. Tried running WF as admin. Have also tried different 'trigger on' for the WF action (has been 'scheduled', have tested on 'entry' and 'before record load/submit'). Last thing I can think is possibly a NS configuration conflict because the form we're trying to set is not checked as the 'preferred' transaction form or something along those lines. Any ideas?
