Hello all, We use a subscription service to upsert customer and invoices for software sales under a parent customer and we smashed through the 10,000 parent:child limit last year. Today I have errors that we've hit the increased 50,000 parent:child limit I requested 6 months ago. I'm considering the possibility of shifting to a new parent customer but this will break a lot of our financial reporting. Has anyone requested an increase beyond 50k? Were there any performance issue with the system in general?
I think we can discard this now - Customer records are not used for reporting so we will sack off the parent:child setup and instead perform transaction sync against the parent instead. Upping the customer limit I think is asking for trouble.Tks.

I’ve hit something similar before I either put everything against the parent customer or I utilized individual customers

Tks Ricky. Ye - initially we planned to use the child customer fields and source them into the transaction but ultimately that now comes from the item. Do you happen to know if address records under a customer have a limit?
