For work I have a Jabra headset which is surprisingly good for meetings. I can leave music on and nobody hears it despite being quite loud. (in my office) For listening to music I prefer the "In Ear Monitor" type, nice thing is, typically it's headset cables/plugs that break and you can easily replace them on these. Really comfortable and block out pretty much all outside noise. They come with a variety of rubber tips for different ear sizes too.
