Is there a quick way to bulk update Quote transactions to change status from

expired

to

closed

?

Do you intend to keep them for history?You could also delete them

We want to keep them for historical purposes. I tried making a workflow but I cant seem to find "Status" or "Entity Status" as a field to update.

You could do a CSV import with all the quote internal ID's that are in expired status and set the import to update that status to closed

I recall having this problem years ago. Honestly I didnt think the problem got solved

if you can find the mapping set them to closed lost. it will drive that field for expired to set to Closed

I can't seem to find a status mapping in the CSV import section, the only status I'm finding is just for the prospect status of qualified, unqualified, and estimate
