We have eMail plugin and dedicated email address for capturing. But at same time we need to send some PDF from the same NetSuite account to the email plugin address (from workflow action). Sender is NetSuite account (of course employee id as author) Receiver is email plugin address ..something..@[accountid].netsuite.com But message is not received, cc and bcc received the message Is it possible to send email “internal” sender and receiver are in the same NetSuite account
