@Mario Might need a bit more background to your requirement, but if it’s just to make an image appear once a button is clicked {IE: Approved, etc) then the easiest way is probably to create the Image field, defaulted to the required image, and then use a Workflow to control it’s visibility based upon a button being clicked.
