I have some custom links in a saved search. When you download as excel/csv, the entire link formula shows, "<a href="address" target="_blank">text</a>". Are there anyways to make these not show in the excel columns or possibly a way to display as just 'text' or just any way of hiding or minimizing the string of text? I am guessing the answer is no for standard searches but just want to check I am not missing something. It's not world ending but I think it looks sloppy and unfortunately this is for the basic customer portal for standard transactions so I don't have the option to make different saves searches or use a Suitelet.

CloudExtend solved this with their Excel Analytics for NetSuite which allows you to run your NetSuite searches from Excel (saving the export step). Click a refresh icon to run it again.

Thanks for the suggestion, I could see some of our departments liking that. Unfortunately that doesn't work for the original issue, the search in question is not internal but for customers to view transactions and download any attachments from the customer portal. The column with the link to the documents shows up in excel when you download the report.
