let me rephrase. are you saying after you specified billing schedule on the project record (say, monthly for twelve months on the 8th of each month) it does not transport into the sales order?

Not quite, Fixed bid interval type Billing schedules do not have an option to enter number of periods. Just a recurrence where I chose monthly. So I’m curious where does it source the period length from? Should be some dates, but even with al filled on project &amp; SO I’m not getting a schedule

can you confirm you are setting your billing schedule off the project record?

but you are correct there are no periods if a billing schedule is created via regular mode and assigned to SO/item

You’re creating a charge based schedule. I am taking about a Fixed bid, interval (pic). As for regular/ Standard, that also has periods option btw
