Anyone experience issues with Box integration in Netsuite? got few cases in the last 2 hours

@Shahar Kaminski @Vtor Are you using the new v2 integration? There was a whole bunch of issues we had to work through with support. Took about a month to uncover them all, but after doing so and addressing, it seems to be working smoothly now.
Their documentation is missing a number of setup steps

hrmm...okay. Old version was working fine up until we switched. Are you on 2018.2 or 2019.1?

@Shahar Kaminski It was installed at my current company before I got here. I'm sure there was some setup involved to link it to the box account, but I don't see the same type of setup records that the v2 installation required.
If you contact Box Support, at least for me, they were actually very helpful and responsive.

I think we got it resolved. let me check with the users and i let you know what happened.
All good now. the issue was on changing NetSuite folder ownership in box. the process take few hours and prevent user to create new folders.
