Does anyone know how to prevent an employee from seeing other people's expense pdf's when typing in "Expense" in the global search? It seems that they can view these through the Drag and Drop folder.

You can restrict the folder by department or class.

@sam1128 doing this takes away the drag and drop feature. I want them to still be able to use the drag and drop but not be able to see the pdf's when they type in "expense" in the global search.
