@Robert Diaz you can use the Netsuite's consolidated invoice addon. They released it couple years ago, it used to be the most voted enhancement request. Before this I did scripted a solution long ago by using custom records, suitelet and advanced PDF template.

Netsuite’s consolidated invoice is free bundle now but you need to call your account manager to provision in your account.
