@Michael We have been using CyberSource, but I can't really recommend them very highly. Their integration is very outdated, and requires jumping through hoops to set up (finding an old 32-bit browser that can run a Java applet to generate a security key), and their support is not great. We are in the process of moving to Solupay, but don't have any experience with them yet to say how they are. Supposedly Solupay integrates very well, as they use the latest payment API, which is the main reason we chose them.

We use CyberSource too, and find the integration a bit wanting as well. Although, it seems my support experience has been better than yours. For Solupay, how flexible is their integration? Our use case doen't follow the "standard" NetSuite model of

SO > Invoice > Fulfill > Bill

. For us the path is

SO > Bill > Fulfill
