Hi, We use Avalara tax for calculating taxes on invoices. We have an issue with one invoice where the tax needed to be calculated. I already checked the item. It is taxable, and the customer is also taxable. I checked old invoices for the same customer, which had taxes on them. Don’t know where the issue is. Can someone please provide your input to debug the issue? Thanks

Is it shipping to a state where taxes aren't collected?

Yes, I checked Avalara. It doesn’t have Nevada jurisdiction. Hence I understood why it is not calculating tax. Since we don’t have that jurisdiction, we cannot collect tax.
