Is anyone else having trouble with their email signature corrupting on "certain accounts, not roles" as per last week ?

My sandbox account reverted to pre-fix behavior yesterday.

Yeah, I've got the sig being converted to raw html again. This was fixed last week, obviously there's an issue again..sigh 😞

Try unchecking the add signature in set preferences, it works for some but not all
I don't use them myself, but I checked it, saved, unchecked it and saved again and it worked, but not for my colleague I also tested it on

Here we go again then, sigh, I've raised a case with Netsuite, will keep you updated when I hear something.

@Tony Quinn Our issues are starting to level out. Seemed to be a glitch, but not considering this solved yet. NetSuite said they're getting some cases in about it and is currently a U3 issue.

@vicamarq Woo Hoo, just received an email from NS. The issue we had was in relation to the signature coming out as raw html. The fix it seems was to Open an existing Customers Email using Chrome, this would result in a pop-out window. Copy the URL of this window and put it into a new Chrome tab. Press F12 for the Chrome Developer Tools, and then right click on the Browsers RELOAD button. A dropdown menu appears, select "Empty Cache & Hard Reload". Closed the unnecessary tabs and tried normally again and this has fixed the issue. Thx to NS Support for this 🙂 Hope this helps others in a similar situation.
